COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE DESIGN SERVICES

The only source you need from the building down to the sutures!

With an ever-evolving healthcare system, UniOne Design Group recognizes the importance of sophisticated architecture for healthcare facilities. Our designers and architects are prepared to respond to the current and emerging trends in healthcare. We focus on a strategy for the facility's growth and evolution, while keeping an awareness of the fact that a building and its interior communicate to the community an image of the facility's quality of medical care and relationship with its patients.

That is why more and more people in the medical field are looking to UniOneGroup for designing their new existing facilities. UniOne Design Group is decidedly the best in the industry.

PREPARATION IS THE KEY TO OUR SUCCESS

Before starting architectural drawings, our professional team makes an extensive Phase I Study, which includes the following:

  1. Site Inspection
  2. Square Foot Analysis
  3. Programs Requirements
  4. Preliminary Medical Facilities Plan
  5. Project Budget
  6. Project Feasibility

Phase I is completed with the CAD (computer aided design) drawings showing proposed building concepts, wall layouts, specialized electrical requirements, general plumbing locations, medical equipment and furniture placement to scale. This initial preparation assures that for a minimal investment, projected costs can be determined prior to full project commitment.

All drawings are prepared on a CAD system, which has been developed by in-house technical medical experts to ensure that the healthcare community's needs are specifically addressed.
